These terms are an agreement between you and [COMPANY NAME] ("we", "us") for using the Dharma Academy website and apps.

1. Who can use Dharma Academy

•School Track: the account must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. The parent agrees to these terms on the child's behalf.

•Exam Prep Track: you must be 18 or older. If you are younger, use the School Track.

•You must give correct information and keep your sign-in secure. You may use your account on the number of devices your plan allows. You may not share your account.

2. What we provide

Live classes, recorded lectures, tests, assignments, doubt solving, progress tracking, and related features. Features may change. Live classes can be rescheduled or cancelled, and we will tell you.

3. Our content

Lectures, notes, tests, and other material belong to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own study during your plan. You must not:

•record, screenshot, copy, download (except through the app's offline feature), share, sell, or post our content;

•try to remove watermarks or bypass device limits, encryption, or other protections;

•share your account or class links.

We may add a watermark with your student ID to lectures and notes. If we find content leaked from your account we may suspend it.

4. Fair use of the platform

Do not cheat in tests, harass others, post harmful or inappropriate content, upload files that contain viruses or are unlawful, or interfere with the service. Chats and discussions are moderated. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Tests and results

Tests are timed by our servers. Switching devices does not give extra time. Only one device may have a test open at a time. Ranks and percentiles are provisional until the test window closes and all answers are graded, and may change when answers are re-evaluated. We may cancel a result if we find cheating.

6. Your submissions

You keep ownership of what you submit (assignments, answers, doubts). You allow us and your teachers to use them to evaluate your work, give feedback, and run the service. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the platform.

7. Payments

Plans, prices, and renewal terms are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before renewal. Prices do not change during a plan period you have already paid for. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

8. No guarantees

We teach and test to help you learn, but we do not guarantee marks, ranks, admissions, or exam results. The service is provided as available and may sometimes be interrupted.

9. Ending access

You can stop using Dharma Academy and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, with notice where practical. Content you downloaded for offline use expires and is removed.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you of important changes. Continuing to use the service after notice means you accept the update.

12. Governing law and contact
